When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email, phone, postcode, company, requested service, approximate bill and message; information about existing installations, equipment, faults and energy objectives; files you choose to upload, including E-Redes consumption history, electricity bills and inverter generation data. We may also collect source, medium and campaign labels in the link used to submit the enquiry, where available. This feature does not collect advertising identifiers or browsing history. Technical data strictly necessary for security and operation may include dates, times and error logs.

We process information to respond to your enquiry, assess consumption, prepare an assessment or proposal, provide assistance and carry out pre-contractual steps requested by you. The main basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and, where a contract exists, performing it. Information may also be processed for security, abuse prevention, internal organisation and protection of rights, based on the company’s legitimate interests. Information submitted through these forms is not used for marketing without separate authorisation.

Enquiries and correspondence without a resulting contract: up to 24 months after the last contact. Consumption files, bills and generation data without a contract: normally deleted within 180 days after the assessment is concluded. Customer and contract information: during the contractual relationship and for applicable statutory retention or limitation periods. Technical and security logs: only for the period necessary to detect and investigate incidents. Retention may be extended where a legal obligation, dispute or need to preserve evidence applies.

Hosting, storage, IT support and communications providers may process information under the instructions of Horizonte Pitoresco, Lda. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. If a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, legally required safeguards will apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability under applicable rules. We adopt technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information processed. No internet transmission is entirely risk-free. Send only documents needed for the assessment and hide irrelevant information such as full bank details or identity documents.

This version of the website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Campaign labels are carried in internal links and attached to submitted enquiries without creating cookies or browser storage for this purpose. They help assess enquiry sources and commercial outcomes. The hosting platform may use technical elements strictly necessary for operation, security and access control.
